OBM – Organizational Behavior Management
OBM – Organizational Behavior Management – är en vetenskapsbaserad metod för att påverka och förändra beteenden i organisationer. Att använda – är att få förändringar, nya organisationer och processer fungera i det verkliga dagliga arbetet. Det är konkret förändring med fokus på beteenden i en positiv riktning. YEAR 1: (first year of OBM- Organizational Behavior Management)
FOR MANAGERS – group & individually
- 10 joint occasions of 2 hours (alternating IRL/digital)
- Individual coaching via phone/digital on 5 occasions of 45 min for all managers, to strengthen the effect and work with behaviors based on individual needs.
WORKSHOPS FOR ALL COWORKERS
- Ca 3 digital knowledge-enhancing and inspiring interactive lectures/workshops of about 90 min. Each lecture is held twice so that everyone has the opportunity to participate.
DIGITAL MATERIAL, COMMUNICATION FORUM, NUDGING
- Simple digital materials for practice between meetings are an important step to step by step reinforce the positive and bring in new behaviors, collaborate and create a common force.
- A simple communication forum in existing channels where leaders and Oxy Group’s consultants can communicate easily during the process.
- Internal communication / nudging to enhance effect.
FOLLOW UP YEAR 2 (second year of OBM- Organizational Behavior Management)
In step 2, we put even more focus on skills training, collegial learning, follow-up and nudging so that it becomes a natural part of daily operations.
FOR MANAGERS – group & individually
- 4 half days with the entire management team. Focus: skills training – how to include the working method in the work and lead employees.
- Individual coaching via phone/digital on 3 occasions of 45 min for all managers, to strengthen the effect and work with behaviors based on individual needs.
- Group supervision for manager during meetings with employees. Oxy Group’s consultant participates by facilitating and supervising the group as support to the manager. The number of group tutorials may vary depending on the group and needs.
ONBOARDING MANAGERS
- A group session for new leaders + individual supervision with a longer session at the start.
